Board Action 20190221-2 Following the minister’s request, the Fellowship hereby adjusts the breakout of the minister’s approved total FY2019 Salary & Housing budget of $78,216 for the remainder of FY2019 (through June 30, 2019) to provide for the minister’s FY2019 salary of $50,508, the minister’s FY2019 Housing Allowance of $22,150, and the minister’s SECA Allowance of $5,558.     Moved: Tom Second: Sandy Cruise   Xx Pass   Voice vote
Board Action 20190221-3 Endowment Resolution Tabled for Consideration at March meeting
Board Action 20190221-4 Chelan Agreement Board adopts the primary agreement (with 9 signatories) by Chelan Owners for Owners and Users of Chelan Lane.  If the Armstrongs decide not to sign, then the alternate document (with 7 signatories)may be substituted. Moved: Tom Second: Sandy   XX Pass Voice Vote Note:  All parties signed the primary (9 signatory) agreement.
    Note: Board also reviewed and provided suggested finalized wording for the two ballot resolutions: Responding to Climate Change Social Justice Healthcare for all

Proposed Board Action:
