No One Shall Compel Them
This month, Unitarian congregations around the world are honoring and celebrating the 450th anniversary of the Edict of Torda – a document declaring religious freedom and tolerance. The framers’ intention was to overturn over 1,000 years of orthodoxy and conflict and allow an environment in which everyone could worship as they desired. As Unitarian Universalists in the 21st century, what does this legacy require of us?
