Zen Mindful Meditation
Meeting on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. before Church service in the South wing, we offer a Zen sitting meditation (Zazen) of 25-30 minutes followed by a brief check-in and sharing. There will be an occasional reading, chant, or koan sprinkled throughout. Questions and feedback are welcome. Start your Sunday worship with calm mindfulness.
