Meeting on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. before Church service in the South wing, we offer a Zen sitting meditation (Zazen) of 25-30 minutes followed by a brief check-in and sharing. There will be an occasional reading, chant, or koan sprinkled throughout. Questions and feedback are welcome. Start your Sunday worship with calm mindfulness.

Meeting during the service, youth from grades 6th to 12th will be accompanied by wonderful guides in faith discussions and community building
