  • Public statements and Congregational resolutions
  • Reopening

                “Move that we proceed to reopen at Level 2 of our plan with the following provisions:

                – Group size of 10 or less indoors; 25 or less outdoors

                – Must wear full mask covering mouth and nose

                – Social distancing of ≥ 6 feet. Chairs will be appropriately spaced and are not to be moved.

                – Hand sanitization for each person before and after the meeting

                – Confined to the sanctuary with north and south vestibule doors to remain closed

                – May use sanctuary restrooms only

                – Entrance/Exit through side entrance only

                – Last person out sanitizes the door knobs, chairs, and restrooms

                – Someone identified to keep track of all attendees and their contact information in case of need for 

                contact tracing

                Sign up for meeting times will be through the front office during regular business hours.”

Effective April 1, 2021 or as communicated in the next Board President’s monthly letter to the congregation.

Addendum: The reopening plan was postponed April 3. Metrics were not going in the positive direction previously reported. Facility use will change to being limited to < 10 people outside, closed inside.
