Annual Congregational Meeting
The Boise Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (BUUF) Bylaws, approved by the congregation on June 7, 2022, and ratified by the Board on June 16, 2022, stipulate that an Annual Congregational Meeting, attended by voting members, will occur each program year. Article III, Section 1 of the Bylaws specifies this meeting will be held in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Typically scheduled for the third Sunday of May, this meeting is conducted by the BUUF Board of Directors and usually includes reports from the Board President and Minister, important updates, a financial overview, and congregational voting for Board and committee positions.
