During construction, Sunday Worship Services will continue to be held weekly in the North Wing. There will be plenty of space for everyone who wants to attend and we will continue to stream our services online (Click “Virtual Sanctuary” Here).

Building a New Way Capital Campaign Update through 6/30/25:

Of the $1,100,000 pledged, we have received $668,230. We have spent $440,013.

IT’S FINALLY HERE! Construction of our highly anticipated Serene Sanctuary remodel project is set to begin, May 2025! This moment marks the culmination of eight years of dedicated collaboration among various BUUF groups, a testament to our community’s unwavering commitment and passion for creating a transformative space.

Imagine coming home to a serene, beautiful, warm, inviting, and spiritual sanctuary in just a few short months! We are filled with excitement and gratitude, as this dream is now becoming a reality, thanks to your generous contributions to the Capital Campaign and the countless hours of planning that have gone into manifesting our shared vision. Your support has played a crucial role in bringing this project to life, and we invite you to take pride in this accomplishment as we embark on this journey together.

The construction of the Serene Sanctuary remodel is scheduled to begin on May 19th! The work is anticipated to be completed at the end of August. Our hope is that the first service of the program year in September will be held in the newly remodeled Serene Sanctuary!

During construction, the sanctuary will be completely closed off to the public. Folks will not be able to pass through the Sanctuary, so you will need to go outside to get from one wing to the other.

The kitchen will not be accessible. The large refrigerator from the kitchen will be relocated to the Hospitality Room for the duration of the project for convenience. If there is anything you think you may need from the kitchen, please let us know before May 19th.

Work will be taking place in the vestibules as well. The vestibules are getting new flooring, paint and lighting. The vestibule work should be limited to a few weeks and will only be on weekdays during work hours. We will send out updates to let you know the contractor’s schedule as the project progresses.
